Returns, Refunds & Shipping Policy

This policy covers the equipment THE FUTURE 3D sells on our Equipment for Sale pages. Our scanning services are covered by our Terms of Service.

Returns and refunds

All equipment sales are final. Once you have paid, there are no returns and no refunds. That is why we share the serial number before you pay and welcome in-person inspection at our Miami office.

Cancelling an order

• Placing an order is a firm order at the listed price. You may cancel free of charge at any time before you pay.
• If the unit has already sold, we tell you and your order is cancelled. You owe nothing.

Before you pay

If you pay by bank wire or ACH, we email you an invoice and the unit's serial number, typically within one business day of your order, and nothing is charged until you pay that invoice. Check the serial before you pay. You are welcome to inspect the unit in person at our Miami office.

• ACH transfer, on our invoice

No financing.

Shipping

• We ship by FedEx within the 48 contiguous US states.
• The shipping cost is calculated at checkout from FedEx rates for your address and chosen speed, so you see it before you pay.
• Orders ship within 2 business days after your payment clears, except orders containing a TB100 battery.
• The TB100 battery, alone or in a bundle, ships as regulated hazmat: FedEx Ground to business addresses, or FedEx Express Saver or 2Day to any address. Its ship date is confirmed by email.
• Alaska, Hawaii, a US territory or a military address? Choose pickup, or call us before ordering.

Pickup in Miami

Pickup in Miami carries no shipping charge. Pick the unit up at our Miami office after your payment clears; we arrange the time with you, and you can inspect it in person.
