How do I buy something on this page?

Where does this equipment ship to?
We ship only within the contiguous (mainland) United States — not to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or other US territories, military (APO/FPO/DPO) or international addresses. Pickup in Miami is available. Shipping is by FedEx: the order page calculates it for your address and the speed you choose — FedEx Ground (or Home Delivery to a home), Express Saver or 2Day — and pickup at our Miami office carries no shipping charge.
Are the DJI Matrice 400 and Zenmuse L3 new?
No — they are open box. Both were activated in February 2026 and have never been flown or used, so they are not factory-sealed units, and warranty timing depends on the activation date; ask us for details. That applies to them alone and inside both bundles. The TB100 battery is brand new, the BS100 charging station is open box too (its box has been opened, so it is not factory-sealed), and the DJI Matrice 4T is lightly used (22 flight hours). Please call, text or email us before you pay — we'll confirm the unit and answer any questions.
Can I inspect the equipment in person before buying?
Yes — and we encourage it for items above $5,000. Inspections take place at our Miami HQ (500 NW 2nd Ave #16894, Miami, FL 33101). Contact us to schedule a time. We'll show you the unit, walk you through condition and flight history, and answer every question.
Who is selling this equipment?
THE FUTURE 3D — a working 3D scanning and drone services company operating across the United States. Our pilots hold FAA Part 107 certification, and the company is a Matterport Service Partner. The equipment on this page is from our own fleet; we are not a broker or reseller.
Did your equipment prices drop?
Yes. On September 28, 2026 we cut 3 prices: open-box DJI Matrice 400 $9,500 → $8,500, open-box DJI Zenmuse L3 LiDAR $14,500 → $13,999, used DJI Matrice 4T Thermal $6,900 → $6,500. The bundles moved with them, because each bundle is the exact sum of its items: M400 + L3 LiDAR Bundle $26,199 (previously $27,700), M400 + Battery + Charging Bundle $12,200 (previously $13,200). These did not change: DJI TB100 Battery $1,950, TB100 Charging Station $1,750.
Are these prices firm?
Prices listed are our asking prices — you can place a firm order at the listed price with Buy Now on any listing. Serious offers are welcome too: use the inquiry form, email, or phone.
Is the DJI Matrice 400 a real product?
Yes — the DJI Matrice 400 launched on June 10, 2025 as DJI's enterprise flagship drone platform. Full specs are available on enterprise.dji.com/matrice-400. The M400 features 59-minute flight time, 6 kg payload capacity, IP55 rating, and rotating LiDAR + mmWave radar obstacle sensing.
What payment methods do you accept?
Card or bank (ACH) online through Stripe's secure checkout — card payments carry a 3.5% card processing fee, bank payments have none — or bank wire or ACH on our invoice, which comes with the unit's serial number before you pay. No financing. All sales are final — no returns. Paying online and want the serial first? Ask us — we'll send it before you pay.
