For 3D laser scanning, pricing is primarily driven by square footage. Smaller spaces (under 1,000 SF) start at our $1,000 minimum, while larger commercial and industrial projects benefit from volume-based rates that decrease on a per-square-foot basis. The per-sqft rate for commercial scanning typically ranges from $0.20 to $0.70, depending on building complexity and the total area to be scanned.

Drone surveys are priced by acreage. Photogrammetry surveys for small sites (under 10 acres) start at $1,500, while LiDAR drone surveys start at $3,000 due to the specialized equipment involved. Per-acre rates range from $150 to $500 depending on the level of detail required and the survey methodology used. These services are especially valuable for topographic surveys, earthwork measurements, and large-area site documentation.

Scan-to-BIM data pricing depends on the scan density and accuracy level required. Standard density scans are suitable for basic BIM workflows, high-density scans support detailed BIM modeling by your team or a BIM provider, and maximum density scans deliver the finest-detail point clouds for fabrication-level BIM projects. Higher density scans require more scan positions and processing time, which is reflected in the per-square-foot rate. Scan-to-BIM data services have a $2,500 minimum regardless of project size.
