3D Scanning Technician
Operate laser scanners and mobile mapping systems for commercial and industrial projects.
Requirements:
- Experience with Trimble, FARO, or Leica scanners
- Understanding of point cloud processing
- Ability to travel 50% of the time
- Valid driver's license
Drone Pilot / Mapping Specialist
Capture aerial data for mapping, inspection, and photogrammetry projects.
Requirements:
- FAA Part 107 certification
- Experience with DJI Matrice series
- Photogrammetry processing skills (Pix4D, DroneDeploy)
- 2+ years commercial drone experience
Point Cloud Technician
Process and register 3D laser scan data for BIM-conversion-ready deliverables. Ensure survey-grade accuracy across E57, RCP, and LAS exports.
Requirements:
- Experience with point cloud registration and processing
- Proficiency in scan data software (Cyclone, RealityCapture, or similar)
- Understanding of survey-grade accuracy standards
- Multi-format data export experience (E57, RCP, LAS, XYZ)
Project Coordinator
Manage client relationships and coordinate field operations for scanning projects.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills
- Project management experience
- Technical aptitude (scanning knowledge preferred)
- CRM and scheduling software proficiency
